Partnership built between China Foshan Lighting and Bridgelux

Leading China Lights manufacturer "Foshan Lighting" partnering with Bridgelux to develop new LED-based SSL products
Foshan Electrical&Lighting Company(Foshan) just parterned with Bridgelux aiming to develop new LED-based SSL products with lower overall system investment. Bridgelux, serving as the supplier for Foshan will offer LEDs, LED arrays, and modular LED products for Forshan in its manufacturing of luminaires and lamps for general illumination market.
Bill Watkins, Bridgelux CEO said that they are satisfied with the collaboration with Foshan, and as one of the largest China manufacturer of lighting products, Foshan's knowledge in traditional lighting markets will for sure help in the acceleration the delivery and adoption of LED-based lighting, which is of high performance and energy efficient.
Foshan has already introduced a series of LED-based lamps, linear tubes in its current portfolio. The company also offers LED-based diffused panel fixtures and downlight luminaires.
Bridgelux is an LED Chip manufacturer and LED arrays are also included in its product line. It recently partnered with Molex to develop the Helieon modular product for LED-based luminaires. Watkins said, "As a lighting innovator, we focus on rapidly designing and delivering leading-edge products that can accelerate the global adoption of high quality LED lighting solutions for the commercial and residential markets."
